One of the products that Panzura offers is Panzura Data Services, a SaaS data management solution.
At the time, the platform and mainly the dashboard were built with the criteria that the developers had, which worked initially. However, as the platform grew in other aspects, Panzura received feedback from its users indicating that the dashboard could be confusing and difficult to use at times.
His vision is that users can carry out actions that help them in their daily tasks in an agile and concise way, so as to know with certainty what users needed.
To learn more about Panzura Data Services, we conducted a series of system walkthroughs and interviews with stakeholders that helped us gain a more specific understanding of what the product is, what it solves, and what problems it currently faces.
In addition, we reviewed customer service tickets related to the dashboard and its features.
