Nomineros is a platform for managing personnel and automated payroll processing aimed at simplifying processes within the finance and human resources departments for companies located in Colombia, Peru, and subsequently in other countries in Latin America.
The majority of payroll and personnel management systems currently in use are robust in terms of their interface and user experience. They are filled with screens, a wide variety of forms and fields to fill out, and often feature outdated interfaces.
Nomineros' vision was to offer a product that is the complete opposite of the current landscape, with the main pillars being efficiency, user-friendliness, and, most importantly, ease of use. All of this without sacrificing the power that such a system should inherently possess.
Through a series of sessions with stakeholders, more context was gathered about the type of software to design, understanding the market, its competitors, and what the initial ideas were to use them as one of the reference points.
